These ribs are sure to please you and your crowd – like all bone-in ribs braise them slowly, however, we like to use kiwi or pineapple…a little secret we discovered to ensure their tenderness and flavor is enhanced!
And if there are any left they would surely be just as wonderful reheated – from what we’ve been told! In our experience we’ve never been able to get to that point since we never seem to make enough the first time around!
